It’s a very different episode this week thanks to an old Instagram post from last year. I posted about a compilation that I had picked up called ‘House Breaks Sessions’ and I commented on doing a Breakbeat Mixtape at some point. A friend of mine, James from The Freefall Collective, promptly lent me a bunch of tunes to put together for an episode. Lots of breaks and big basslines in this ep!

It’s the final episode of Retro House Mixtape for 2018 and this week it’s a bumper long session. The year is seen out with a bang as the normal rules go out the window, it’s not just long forgotten retro house music this week. It’s also anything from the last 12 months that I’ve loved, some all time favourites and everything else in between.
